How quickly are purchases delivered?

Most purchases are delivered automatically within a couple of minutes of Tebex confirming your payment. During server restarts, outages, or connection issues it can take up to 30 minutes.

Which account receives my purchase?

The Minecraft account you used to log in to the store. Double-check your username is correct before checkout — purchases can't be moved between accounts.

What are Cash and vKits?

Cash is in-game currency you can spend on the server. vKit Shards unlock a themed kit of gear and items (Builder, PvP, Tools, Attachments, and Raider).

Do I need to be online to receive my purchase?

No — your purchase is applied the next time you join the server after it's delivered.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute will result in a permanent ban. If an item didn't deliver, contact support and we'll make it right.

My purchase hasn't arrived — what do I do?

Give it up to 30 minutes, especially around restarts. If it still hasn't shown up, open a ticket in our Discord with your in-game name and Tebex transaction ID.

Where can I get purchase support?

Join our Discord and open a purchase support ticket. Include your in-game name and Tebex transaction ID so staff can find your order quickly.
