We collect only what's needed to deliver your order: your Minecraft username and associated account ID, and the transaction details provided by our payment processor. We do not ask for or store sensitive personal information.

2. Payment Information

All payments are processed by Tebex, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Your card, PayPal, or other payment details are handled entirely by Tebex and their payment partners, in line with Tebex's own privacy policy — FalloutMC never sees or stores your payment information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to deliver purchases to the correct account, provide customer support, keep accurate transaction records, and prevent fraud or abuse.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with Tebex and their payment partners as needed to process your order, or where required by law.

5. Data Retention

Transaction records are kept only as long as necessary to provide support, maintain accurate records, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

6. Your Rights & Contact
